Accoglienza fantastica, location perfetta per sentirsi dentro a Portofino, la colazione un sogno, il ristorante DAV eccellente. sono stato nella junior suite vista mare, con doppio balcone, era come sentirsi avvolti dalla magica atmosfera del Portofino. un grazie particolare a Michela Nicosia, che con la sua esperienza rende unico ed indimenticabile ogni soggiorno e capisce al volo le esigenze del cliente, ed a Filippo che con il suo spirito partenopeo lascia un good vibe davvero SPLENDIDO !!!!

A serene hotel in a fantastic location - not a cheap destination at all, but we had a fantastic time. We were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff, and Beatrice (thank you) took great care of us with a tour, a free ice cream, and a boat ride. Very pleasant indeed. The room was lovely. Dinner also very nice. And breakfast first class in the morning at the best table I think I’ve ever taken breakfast on. Difficult to criticise but here goes - an alcohol free champagne available for drivers would be nice (but the mocktail was lovely, thank you) and just watch the cost of parking as we weren’t really told and it was over twice the price of parking your car at The Savoy in London. Thank you everybody for a memorable stay

When in Portofino this is a great place to stay and unwind. Appreciated the lunch with bubbles and the overall service. Everyone spoke English and was very accommodating - loved the linen quality for the bedding and the pillows. Breakfast offering could improve. More health focussed.

We had an excellent stay! Staffs were amazing and the service was just exceptionally great! Live the location of the property and the hotel is just classic, we later learned it’s owned by LVMH, it’s no wonder…. We’d definitely recommend to anyone going to Portofino!
